E Forms - General Overview
As part of the system to coordinate the social security and social welfare systems of different member states, the purpose of the E forms is to transfer the entitlements required by workers of one member state to another when they move due to work or to seek employment, etc.

In Spain, the organisation responsible for matters relating to E forms is the Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social (INSS) or National Security Institute, through its network of care centres (CAISS) and the body responsible for matters relating to E300 series forms is the Instituto Nacional de Empleo (INEM) or National Employment Institute, through its network of employment offices

For Social Security: The current forms are accessible from the Internet in PDF format and must be downloaded, completed and delivered to the corresponding Social Security office.
