I am moving back to UK in couple of weeks and need to get rid of a load of stuff before I go back. I have managed to get hold of a large van but only for this Saturday 31st October and was planning to go to Vergel market to sell everything. Now a friend tells me that it has been moved to Sunday which is no good for me!! Does anyone know of a decent car boot sale or market where I could go this Saturday. |

| Thanks for the reply, I have never done a car boot there before and do you have any further info. Any idea what is the best time to turn up in the morning to get a good pitch and do I need to reserve a place? |

Hi Binks
You dont have to reserve a spot and it either opens for traders at 7.30 or 8.30 (serves me right for not checking the board when I drive in!). They have you holding on for a while until the regulars turn up and then they allocate you a slot. If my memory serves me right its either 8 or 10 euros a pitch (depends on the width). Its very well attended by both sellers and buyers.

I have been going to the Los Montesinos Trash and Treasure, good bootsale I always do well and its a clean venue. its well run and secure plus you can hire tables there. They have a website www.trashandtreasurespain.com
