what is the most cost effective way to heat a home here I do not have a fire place

Calor (BUtane) gas heaters are very cost effective, but tend to give of a lot of water vapour

In winter I tend to do a lot more cooking and baking which helps to heat the house up as well as having lots of yummy food!
