AngloINFO Languedoc Update

Children singing, sleigh-bells ringing...

As the year draws to an end the bigger towns of Spain - and even some of the smaller ones - tend to have "Christmas Villages" where you can buy seasonal foods (chestnuts actually roasting on an open fire, for example), the kids can ride on carousels or skate in the temporary ice rinks, and where you may see living nativity scenes.

Out and about

You can wrap up and get out there to take a look at the various ways in which the Festive Season is celebrated. The only question is, "Where should we go first?" The answer: AngloINFO's comprehensive What's On Guide

The AngloINFO What's On Guide is an important feature of the site. It provides listings of events in the region, specially selected to appeal to the anglophone market. Browse the guide and you might find anything from fine art exhibitions to World Music nights - there's likely to be something for all tastes.

Find what interests you by selecting an event type (festivals, exhibitions and more) a location (choose the town you want) or browse the upcoming events by selecting a day on the calendar. If you're organising an event you can click on a link that's on every page of the guide and tell us all about it - for free.

So as the year draws to an end you'll find plenty to do with your days - and your evenings too.

What else?

To keep up with all the new stuff on AngloINFO is easy - just click here! We've been adding new entries to the AngloFILE just about every day, and there are now over 2,300 listings there!
